
Return and Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return or replacement if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product has a manufacturing defect
Return Request Time
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return:
- The product must be unused
- The product must be in original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and labels must be included
- The invoice or proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Used or worn orthopedic supports
- Hygiene-sensitive products
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Products returned without original packaging
Refund Process
- Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
Replacement Policy
If the product is defective or damaged, customers may request a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defect or incorrect item, return shipping will be covered by Blubud Store.
- For other cases, the customer may bear the return shipping cost.
