Return and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Return Request Time

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

  • The product must be unused
  • The product must be in original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and labels must be included
  • The invoice or proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Used or worn orthopedic supports
  • Hygiene-sensitive products
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Products returned without original packaging

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

Replacement Policy

If the product is defective or damaged, customers may request a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defect or incorrect item, return shipping will be covered by Blubud Store.
  • For other cases, the customer may bear the return shipping cost.
