FOR COLD PACK

By the use of Freezer: Place the pack in the freezer for 20-30 minutes and the pack is ready to use. Cold Therapy : High Fever, Edema Reduction, Soft Tissue Injuries Bleeding & Inflammation,

FOR HOT PACK

By The Use of Boiling Water : Place the gel pack in boiled water for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove the pack from the boiled water. Wipe it clean with any cloth and place in cloth cover. Now the pack is ready to use.

By The Use of Microwave Oven : Place the gel pack in the microwave oven for 40 to 50 seconds on high power. Remove the gel pack from the oven and place it in the cloth cover provided and the pack is ready to use. The time of microwave depends upon the initial temperature of the pack. In winter, gel pack may take more time to get heated. Hot Therapy : Muscular and Joint Pain, Backache, Rheumatoid or Other Arthritis, Geriatic Care, Sprains, Sores, Abscess and Boils.
